Siltation easy to get acute mastitis milk

Particularly prevalent in the production of acute mastitis after breast-feeding women, of which the highest rate of early maternal morbidity.

Cause

1, milk silt deposition in the breast milk after the decomposition reaction will occur, so as to bacteria provides the ideal conditions for growth and reproduction. The major causes of siltation caused by the milk –

(1) maternal breast-feeding posture, feeding the number of small, or nipple development is too small, nipple retraction, or emotionally unstable mother, rest well and other reasons, resulting in maternal milk in breastfeeding can not be completely exclusive to make.

(2) early maternal milk containing exfoliated epithelial cells more prone to breast duct obstruction, resulting in the milk can not be properly discharged.

2, bacterial infection of bacteria invade the following two kinds of ways –

(1) The occurrence of maternal nipple damage, chapped, bacterial invasion from the gap at along the lymphatic spread to the fat, connective tissue and so cause infection.

(2) infant nasopharyngeal bacteria exist, such as infants stomatitis, rhinitis, etc., maternal breastfeeding, the bacteria along the invasive lobular duct, causing breast infection.
