Menopausal breast cancer prevention campaign is well

The United States, a new study shows more than normal-weight postmenopausal women with the big amount of exercise training can reduce their risk of breast cancer by about 30%.

This is the U.S. National Cancer Institute researchers on more than 30000 post-menopausal women after 11 years of follow-up study concluded. The researchers said exercise includes both large exercise brisk walking, playing tennis, aerobics, cycling and dancing in the field such as sports events, including domestic work such as scrubbing floors and Ca Chuanghu.

The researchers wrote, large amount of exercise training only have an effect for women of normal weight, while overweight women are not obvious, because being overweight increase women’s risk of breast cancer. In addition, the “non-violent movement” has no effect on the prevention of breast cancer, these “non-violent movement” including the use of vacuum cleaners, washing, walking, hiking, jogging and playing bowling.

The researchers believe that large amount of exercise training can improve human body functions and strengthen the body immunity, reduce cancer-causing factors and to avoid chronic inflammation, thereby reducing the risk of breast cancer.
