A research team from 1988 to 1990, the country 25400 40 to 70 year-old woman conducted a survey, mainly to investigate the daily lives of the fish they eat fish volume and frequency, and then in the next seven and a half, has been the to track their health status, of which 127 developed breast cancer. The researchers found that a group of fish per day and eat fish 1-2 times a week and the following two groups of fish less than 43% lower incidence of breast cancer. The survey also found that breast cancer incidence rates has nothing to do with the vegetable fat intake.
Animal experiments show that the composition of fish fat docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid can inhibit cancer cell. The researchers believe it could be played a role in these two acids, so that people who frequently eat fish decreased the risk of breast cancer.
